Opinions about the article “CONSTRUCTIVIST LEARNING APPROACH IN
SCIENCE TEACHING”
The differences
between constructivist learning and conventional approach is defined in this
article. The research had done to check the compatibility of the theses stated
in article. And the results of that research shows that there is a lot of
differences between the these approaches. But in my opinion the research is not
performed with “calibrated” instruments. For example test group and the control
group is not accustomed to constructivist learning approach environment and
they probably act or pay more attention because of the “unusual” environment so
it would be better if the experiment is done with early class. Also the teacher
should be chosen between more “inexperienced” or in another word young which
has less prejudices. By this way results will be more close to realty. As
stated in passage the questions are clear;
1) What if the students would be younger or in early
class, is the result will be same or not?
2) Which qualification must have the teacher, participated
in this resource, for objectivity.
